Housing Authority

The Rockport Housing Authority (RHA) has provided the subsidized housing needs of low and moderate-income families for more than thirty years. The housing authority administers both State and Federal rental assistance programs by helping families living at Millbrook Park, Kitefield Road and throughout Massachusetts. The RHA has a Board of Commissioners made up of elected residents from the Town of Rockport and one Governor-appointee. Regular meetings are held the second Thursday of every month beginning at 7 PM. Meetings are held at the Rockport Housing Authority office, 13 Millbrook Park and open to the public. While the waiting lists for housing are long, Rockport residents in need of housing assistance are encouraged to apply. The Rockport Housing Authority office hours are as follows: Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM with exception of holidays.
