The Information Technology Committee is appointed by the board of selectmen to advise them with regard to the town's computer and communications systems and its relationship with the cable television licensee.

The members of the committee are:

• The following department heads
  • Town administrator
  • Town accountant
  • Treasurer/collector
• The persons in charge of information services at
  • The public library
  • The public schools
  • The police station
• Josh Brackett, chair
• Hope Coffman, public library director

We don't hold regularly scheduled meetings. We meet when an issue arises that requires our attention. Like all town committee meetings, ours are posted on our calendar and the calendar on the home page.

We welcome the participation of other town officials and citizens, especially those with information technology experience.
