Public Library Overview Page . . .

The Rockport Public Library strives to be an integral part of the community by providing all residents and other users with a diversified range of resources and activities, meeting educational, cultural, and recreational needs. The library serves as the center for lifetime learning and enjoyment.

A friendly service oriented library staff provides quality reader’s guidance and assistance with locating information, using library resources and providing access to library materials. The library’s meeting rooms are actively used for a variety of municipal and community meetings and events. The library supports the American Library Association’s principles of intellectual freedom, the Library Bill of Rights and the Freedom to Read Statement. .

Library Hours Are As Follows:

Monday Wednesday & Thursday:
1:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Tuesday :
1:00 PM to 5 PM

Saturday:
10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Sunday:
1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
